Please be aware that 16,910 ballots were mailed out to members on April 9, 2025, as per the Election Rules. Please note that the ballot inadvertently includes a line which stated the term of office for the open positions is four years, which is incorrect. This Special Election is to fill the three positions that recently became vacant for the remainder of the current term for those offices, which is only through December 31, 2025. In addition, you will need to vote for each candidate as there is no option to vote for a slate.
