Please be advised that any attendee who cancels, fails to show up, or fails to successfully complete the program will be responsible for all the associated costs of the program, which include, but are not limited to, the flight, any applicable cancellation fees, and one night’s room and board at the International Training Center. Airline tickets are purchased as round trip flights. that depart out of Newark Liberty International Airport or John F. Kennedy International Airport. If, after review of this application, it is determined that you are eligible to participate, all booked flights are final. No changes to flight details will be made. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the District Council and/or Carpenters Training Center; such exceptions may include medical issues, emergency, etc.

If applicable, you must be a member in Good Standing.****All Local Union Dues and Working Dues Assessments (WDA's) must be paid up-to-date at the time of your application review. Member status will be verified. If you owe Local Union Dues or WDA's, you WILL NOT be eligible to participate in the program.
